services provided through this GVR Field Assistant application (the “Services”)
are provided by Gilbarco Inc. (“Gilbarco,” “we,” or “us”) at no cost and are
intended for use “as is”.

use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use the
Services.

you choose to use the Services, then you agree to the collection and use of

the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your
phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your

the configuration of the app when utilizing the Services, the time and date of
your use of the Services, and other statistics.

app does not use these “cookies.” However, the app may use third party code and

data not be shared with third-parties or that your data be deleted from our
records. Your request may be denied if the data is necessary for our
services.
Children’s Privacy
These
Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect
personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we
discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we
immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and
you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please
contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
Dispute Resolution and Choice of Law
If
you are experiencing a problem with the Application, first contact our support
to address your issue. If the support team is unable to resolve the dispute, any cause of action you may have with respect to your
use of the Application must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of
action arises. Any such action shall be brought in a court of competent
jurisdiction in Guilford County, North Carolina. If for any reason a court of
competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms or any portion
thereof to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum
extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of this Privacy Policy,
and the remainder of this Privacy Policy shall continue in full force and
effect.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from
time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any
changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on
